Next, add a new layer by tapping on the Create a New Layer icon at the bottom of the Layers palette. Name this layer Black, and fill it with black (Edit > Fill, and select Black in Contents.) Reduce the layer’s opacity to 80%, and then add a new layer on top. Name the top layer Art.
